It seems like Ormocanons have another thing to look forward to in the coming months with the unveiling of the soon-to-be-built Chinatown East Gate: Commerce and I.T. Center. On Tuesday, Mr. Wilson B. Tolentino, Jr. revealed, via his personal Facebook account, the plans of building the above-mentioned upcoming new business hub in #theCityOfBeautifulPeople.
Based on the photos uploaded by Tolentino, Chinatown East Gate would be built less than a kilometer away from Robinsons Place Ormoc and the imminent CityMall Ormoc. Moreover, it would be situated near schools, hospitals, and colleges, making it an ideal place for businesses.
Among the amenities Chinatown East Gate could offer are service alley areas, waste disposal system, a loading and unloading dock, a lower ground level parking space, PWD access on all floors, fire detection, and alarm systems, backup power generators, and 24-hour security.
Based on the floor plan, Chinatown East Gate would have a total of six office space in its third level while the first and second levels are expected to house commercial establishments and fast food chains.
“With the graceful oriental elements, it positions itself in the heart of Ormoc City, the gateway to Western Leyte and all other points of Region 8.
